Taper Roller Bearings uses bearings manufactured
by the Timken Company.
- New bearings are manufactured at the factory
to a minimum of Class #2 standards.
- State-of-the-art computerized measuring equipment
is used at Taper Roller Bearings to establish whether a bearing falls
within the AFBMA boundary specifications of a Precision #3 bearing.
- Our machines are calibrated annually and have
.000003 (millionth) of an inch repeatability.
- We coat each bearing with Mobilarma 245®,
a preservative and rust inhibitor, then wrap each bearing in Protectowrap®
to give it a superior shelf life.

Taper Roller Bearings removes "Timken" from the bearings and
adds "TRB". We carry liability insurance and have a copy on
file for your review.
For each and every re-classed bearing, the computer
generates a printout that is then packaged with the product. We also
keep a digital copy of each bearing classed. The printout shows the
exact location and value for the total indicated runout.
